So far as defect no. 4 & 5 (e) are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the same, once the situation normalizes. As regards, the rest defects are concerned, the same are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 corresponding to NCB Crime No. 03/NCB/Ranchi/2019.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected at that stage in B. A. No. 7182 of 2019.
The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody and the observation made earlier, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Judicial Commissioner cum NDPS Judge, Ranchi in connection with NDPS P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 corresponding to NCB Crime No. 03/NCB/Ranchi/2019.
