The petitioner is an accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019.
It has been alleged that there was a free fight between the prisoners of Central Jail, Ghaghidih and one Manoj Kumar Singh had died. It appears that several accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in B. A. Nos. 9597 of 2019, 8532 of 2019 and 10292 of 2019. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019.
