Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with Tatijharia P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 (G.R. No. 3523 of 2014).
It has been alleged that the informant was waylaid and cash, mobile and motorcycle were looted.
The petitioner seems to have implicated on the confession of co-accused Suresh Ram who has already been acquitted by the learned trial court. It appears that no Test Identification Parade has also been held. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with Tatijharia P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 (G.R. No. 3523 of 2014).
