The petitioner is an accused in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 corresponding to S. T. No. 210 of 2019.
The petitioner is alleged to have committed the murder of the husband of the informant.
The petitioner is the father of the deceased and in view of nature of offence, I am not inclined to allow this application and the same is hereby rejected.
