Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides.
The petitioner No. 2 apprehends her arrest in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020.
The daughter of the informant was enticed away by Ajay Kumar Mandal with the assistance of his family members. The petitioner No. 2 seems to be the mother of Ajay Kumar Mandal against whom, the main allegation has been attributed. In the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, which has been sent by learned counsel for the petitioner through e.mail, the name of the petitioner providing assistance to Ajay Kumar Mandal does not figure.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been compromised.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner No. 2. The petitioner No. 2 accordingly is directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from today and on such surrender, she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This application stands disposed of.
