Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides.
So far as the defects No. 4, 5(e), 9(i) and 9(ii) are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the same once the situation normalizes.
Mr. Kaushal Kishor Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and therefore in such circumstance he is seeks permission to withdraw this application.
Mr. Shailendra Kr. Tiwari, learned Spl. PP does not have any objection.
Permission is accorded.
This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
