Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides.
The defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.
The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in A.B.A. No. 7663 of 2018.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1697 of 2018, pending before the court of learned SDJM, Giridih.
It appears from the allegation that huge quantity of foregn liquor was recovered from the house of Tinku Murmu and the petitioner who was also present had fled away from the place of occurrence. The petitioner also seems to have criminal antecedent of a similar nature.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and there being no fresh ground for reconsideration of the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application accordingly stands rejected.
