Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 10087 of 2019.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 522 of 2019 (Chainpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019), pending before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Palamau.
Save and except the fact regarding the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, no other ground which has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner
In view of the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and the same is hereby rejected once again.
