The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for direction upon the respondents to constitute a proper State Cadre of Jharkhand Revenue Services which includes the post created for Department of Revenue such as Circle Inspector, Circle Officer, Dy. Collector Land Reforms (DCLR) up-to the rank of Additional Collector.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents-State referring to paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit dated 01.10.2018 submitted that vide notification no. 1764 dated 25.04.2018 State Cadre of Jharkhand Revenue Services has been constituted and new Rules has been framed as “ Jharkhand
Revenue Services Cadre (Appointment, Promotion and Service Conditions) Rules, 2018 ”.
3. In view of the specific submission made by counsel for the respondents-State, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. As such, there is no need for further proceeding in the matter.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
