The substance of complaint in this public interest litigation was construction of Dhanaipura Panchayat Bhawan at village Dhanaipura, Block Dhanwar, District Giridih. The petitioner had objection as the construction was lying incomplete.
In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.3 it is stated in paragraph 14 thereof that the Panchayat Bhawan has already been constructed and is now functioning.
In such circumstances, the present public interest litigation has lost its utility. The same is disposed of.
