Learned S.C. (L&C)-I while referring to the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no.1- Deputy Commissioner, Latehar submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order passed by this Court, the opposite party no.1 has passed a reasoned order on 3^rd August, 2019, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-A to the show cause affidavit. As such, the order passed by this Court has already been complied and the present contempt case may be disposed of.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the opposite party no.1 has passed the reasoned order in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3606 of 2018, I see no reason to proceed further in the matter.

The contempt proceeding is dropped.

The present contempt case is, accordingly, disposed of.

¶16

However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the action taken by the opposite party no.1, he is at liberty to take appropriate recourse as provided under the law.
