The present petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.4903 of 2016, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order passed by this Court in the said writ petition.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present petition, W.P.(C) No.4903 of 2016 is restored to its original file and stage subject to the condition that the petitioners shall remove the remaining defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of two weeks from today and that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- in favour of Advocate Clerks Association, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi within the aforesaid period.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
