The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pakur (Mal) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018.
It has been alleged that a Tata Magic vehicle was apprehended loaded with explosives. The driver of the vehicle fled away and one person was apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner as a driver of the vehicle. The apprehended accused Salam Sk. has been granted bail on 07.02.2019 in B. A. No. 10226 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur (Mal) P. S. Case No. 204 of 2018 .
