The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner attempted to commit rape upon the informant but he was caught by the villagers. The petitioner is in custody since 8.7.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh, in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
