2/24.09.2019 Heard Mr. Ajit Kumar Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Pranay Kumar Jaiswal, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. No. 733 of 2019.

It has been alleged that the informant was married to the petitioner in the year 2002 and there was a demand of Rs. 50,000/- and on nonfulfillment of which the petitioner was subjected to cruelty and petitioner solemnized second marriage with Kajal Devi in the year 2017. On 14.05.2018, the informant was ousted from her matrimonial house. The petitioner is the husband of the informant and is in custody since 29.05.2019.

Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st class, Garhwa in connection with Nagar Untari P. S. Case No. 182 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. No. 733 of 2019.
