The petitioner is an accused in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018, G.R. No. 288 of 2018, S.T. No. 46 of 2019.
The informant and his staff Darsan Tudu were confined by some miscreants. It has been alleged that the name of the miscreants were disclosed by the informant. However, on seeing the police, miscreants fled away. One of the co-accused Karan Mohan Kashyap has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 9630 of 2018. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 26.11.2018.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-1st , Khunti in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018, G.R. No. 288 of 2018, S.T. No. 46 of 2019.
