Heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 460 of 2018.

It has been alleged that the accused persons had assaulted Zaif Alam and Afan Gauhar which resulted in death of Zaif Alam while Afan Gauhar was admitted in CCU. Petitioner appears to be mother of the other accused person and the allegation against her is of tying a Dupatta around the neck of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2018.

From the postmortem report it appears that all the injuries were stab wounds as well as linear abrasions and therefore it appears that so far as the petitioner is concerned, no injury is attributed to her as the injuries which were suffered by the deceased appears to as a result of assault by hard and blunt substance and sharp cutting weapons.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 460 of 2018.
