Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 08 of 2018 arising out of Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018.
It has been alleged that 26.964 Kg of Ganja was recovered from the car in which the petitioner was also present. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 28.10.2018.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in connection with NDPS Case No. 08 of 2018 arising out of Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the learned trial Court till conclusion of trial.
