7/18.11.2019 Heard Ms. Renu Bala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Sunil Kumar Mahato, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bishunpur P.S.
Case No. 30 of 2009 corresponding to G. R. No. 654 of 2009.
It has been alleged that extremists had set ablaze the machines and vehicles and had also kidnapped the staffs. The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2018.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the staffs were subsequently released by the extremists. The same has been supported by learned A.P.P.
Regard being had to the nature of allegations and period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gumla in connection with Bishunpur P. S. Case No. 30 of 2009 corresponding to G. R. No. 654 of 2009, subject to the condition that he shall remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial.
