06/14.11.2019 Heard Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Suraj Verma, learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the son of the informant Chhote Honhaga was forcibly taken away by the miscreants. Subsequently the Dakua of the village disclosed about the dead body lying near the river which was found to be that of the son of the informant.
The petitioner seems to have been implicated merely on suspicion and even in the statement of Shiv Charan Jamuda recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. the name of the petitioner does not seem to figure. One of the co-accused Gardi Soy has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 4407 of 2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chaibasa in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019.
