04/06.02.2018 On repeated call none appears on behalf of appellant.
It transpires from record that when the matter was placed before the Joint Registrar(Judl) on 30.03.2015 two weeks time was granted for removing the defects. Thereafter, on 04.03.2016 the matter was placed before the Registrar General and again two weeks time was granted for removing the defects. But the defects pointed out by the office have not been removed. Today also none appears and defects have not been removed.
Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
