1. It transpires from the record that on 24.01.2017 none had appeared before the Joint Registrar (Judicial), however, two weeks' time was granted for removing the defects. Thereafter the matter was placed before the Registrar General on 16.02.2017. There also none had appeared and two weeks' time was again granted for removing the defects.
2. Today also on call none appears and the defects, as pointed out by the office have not been removed as yet.
3. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed.
