Learned counsel for the O.P. has filed the certified copy of the order dated 28.01.2015 passed in Execution Case no.01/2014 for execution of the decree passed in Eviction Suit no.2/11 in favour of the O.P./decree holder. The certified copy is kept on record.
It transpires from the certified copy of the order dated 28.01.2015 passed in Execution Case no.01/14 that the decree has been executed and the O.P./plaintiff has been put in peaceful possession of the suit premises.
Considering the order/judgment dated 19.12.2013 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Dvision-II, Chatra in Eviction Suit no.2/2011 and the fact that none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner this revision is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
Accordingly, I.A.NO.6741/2014 & I.A. No.6352/2014 are
also hereby dismissed.
