By filing this criminal miscellaneous petition, the petitioners pray to extend the time to surrender before the court below pursuant to the order dated 16.01.2018, passed in A.B.A. No. 5024 of 2017, by which both the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.
Taking into consideration the submissions of the parties, this petition is allowed and the time to surrender before the Court below is hereby extended till 15th March, 2018 .
This application stands disposed of.
