Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order shall be complied with within a period of one week.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, B.A. No. 6040 of 2017 is restored to its original file, subject to the condition that the order dated 03.11.2017 passed therein, shall be complied with, within a period of one week, failing which the bail application shall remain dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
This application is accordingly, allowed.
