The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 51 of 2013, S.T. No. 235 of 2013, for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
There being direct allegation against the petitioner to have committed rape upon the informant, the earlier bail application of this petitioner was dismissed by order dated 7.1.2016 in B.A. No. 10080 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner Biju Dongo @ Chua, is hereby rejected.
