Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 307, 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, in connection with S.T. No.27 of 2014, arising out of Ranka P.S. Case No.96 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.1383 of 2013.
There being direct allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted the informant by firearm causing injuries on him, who subsequently died, earlier the bail applications of the petitioner were rejected twice on merits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
