The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 406/420 of the IPC.
Pursuant to the order dated 30.04.2018, both the parties are physically present before this Court and possibility of reconciliation between the parties through the process of mediation is explored, but the stands of the parties are at variance.
In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
