Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 143, 147, 149, 504, 506, 341, 342, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Under order dated 13.03.2018 case diary was called for but the same has not been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is the owner of a rice mill and proprietor of M/s Jagdamba Udyog, Chakulia. It is also submitted that petitioner is aged more than 62 years and suffering from heart disease.

Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Ghatsila in connection with Chakulia P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 367 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
