All the three anticipatory bail applications are heard together, as they arise out from the same F.I.R. i.e. Jadugora P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 108 of 2017, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Ghatshila, lodged on the basis of one written report given by Pankaj Kumar Bhagat.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and there is general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping in view the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner namely Aparna Bhakat @ Smt. Arpana Bhakat on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner Aparna Bhakat @ Smt. Arpana Bhakat is rejected .

So, far other petitioners namely Subodh Kumar Bhakat @ Subodh Bhakat and Shambhu Ho are concerned, I am inclined to admit them on anticipatory bail . The above named petitioners namely Subodh Kumar Bhakat @ Subodh Bhakat and Shambhu Ho are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or

surrender, the Court below shall enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Ghatshila, in connection with Jadugora P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 108 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
