Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for
bail of the petitioner.
Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is stated that from the possession of this petitioner one live cartridge has been recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2017.
In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, namely, Lakhapati Singh @ Lakhpati Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Chhattarpur Police Station Case No.130 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No.2035 of 2017.
