Learned Addl. P.P. for the State opposes the prayer.
The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
From the possession of the petitioner one .315 live cartridge was recovered.
The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2017 and the charge sheet has already been submitted.
Keeping in view of the period of custody and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Dileshwar Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Ramgarh,, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. 871 of 2017.
