Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 341, 323, 148, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Pursuant to the order dated 01.02. 2018 all the petitioners and O.P. No.2 along with their counsels are remain physically present before this Court, it appears that O.P. No.2 has submitted that he has solemnised the marriage with Karan Bhuiya @ Karan Kr. Bhuiya, presently he has remained in judicial custody. It further appears that O.P. No.2 is living in the house of Karan Bhuiya @ Karan Kr. Bhuiya and she does not support the case of the prosecution.

Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 has opposed the prayer for bail.

In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-1^st , Dhanbad in connection with Special (P) Case No. 118 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
