Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case with ulterior motive. It is also submitted that petitioner has been made an accused on the basis of suspicion.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of her arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Rengarih P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 505 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
