Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 420, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that the petitioner has not prepared any forged paper to cheat anyone.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and produced the case diary.
From perusal of the case diary, it appears that witnesses have not supported the case of the prosecution.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of her arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Daru P.S. Case No. 102 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 3002 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
