Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 413, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(ii) of the Coal Mines Act and Section 4/21 of the Mines & Mineral (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957..
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is the owner of factory premises namely, Royal Fuels Industries.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and produced the case diary.
From perusal of the case diary, it appears that petitioner has criminal antecedent.
In view of the fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
