The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C/1 Case No. 2417/2016, registered under Sections 323, 498A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Despite valid service of notice no body appears on behalf of the O.P. No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in Matrimonial Suit No.323 of 2014, Additional Principal Judge, Additional Family Court, Jamshedpur vide order dated 12.07.2017 passed the judgment for dissolve the marriage between the petitioner and O.P. No.2 ex parte.

In view of the submissions, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with C/1 Case No. 2417/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
