The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.P. Case No. 327/2016 , the case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Pursuant to order dated 28.08.2018, both the parties are physically present before this court alongwith their counsel and the possibility of reconciliation between them through the process of mediation is explored.
On query, petitioner has denied the allegation levelled against him, hence mediation is failed.
Be that as it may, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the trial court.
