2/16.02.2018 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, who opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 384, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.
The allegation against this petitioner is that he was in talking terms with the Area Commander of T.P.C. He was apprehended on 21.10.2017 and from his possession one mobile phone and pamphlets were recovered.
Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, petitioner namely, Sailendra Mahto @ Sailendra Kumar @ Shailendar Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss N.R.Lakra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 [G.R. No. 3070/2017].
