Heard the counsel for the parties.
Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 37/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 111 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Porahat at Chaibasa.
Earlier the anticipatory bail application being ABA No. 5750 of 2017, preferred by the petitioner, was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2017. The petitioner again files this fresh application for grant of anticipatory bail.
In view of the earlier order dated 17.11.2017 passed in ABA No. 5750 of 2017, I am not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
