Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, namely, Mukesh Kumar Singh @ Mukesh Kumar, vide order dated 16.05.2018, in connection with C.P. Case No. 2657 of 2013, pending in the Court of Sri Arpit Srivastava, J.M. 1st Class, Dhanbad, is hereby confirmed, subject to condition that the petitioner will pay a sum of Rs. 1500/- per month to the opposite party no.2 in her bank account. Opposite party no.2 will furnish her Bank account number to the trial Court within a week from today and the petitioner will deposit the said amount in her bank account on monthly basis. If the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount for two consecutive months, it is open to the opposite party no.2 to bring the matter before the trial Court for passing necessary order including the cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner. It is made clear that payment of such amount of Rs. 1500/- per month by the petitioner to the opposite party no.2-wife till final disposal of the trial in this case is only a condition for bail and is not related with any case filed by the opposite party no.2-wife for maintenance under any statutory provision.
