3/22.02.2018 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, who opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 143 & 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that for committing forest offence a tractor bearing registration no. JH-02(AB) 1708 was seized. It is further alleged that the said tractor was forcibly taken away by this petitioner and others.
The petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2017 and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.
Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, petitioner namely, Disco Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No. 267 of 2017 [G.R. No. 1193/2017].
