3/19.02.2018 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, who opposes the prayer for bail. The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that some breaker machine were stolen. It is alleged that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is further alleged that the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017 and charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.
Keeping in view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Pibash Mahato @ Bhoku is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Burmamines, P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017, corresponding to G. R. No. 3152 of 2017.
