The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bindapathar P.S Case No. 109 of 2017 corresponding to G.R No. 1241 of 2017 case was registered under sections 147/148/149/307/302/323/324/326/342/504 of the Indian Penal Code which is now pending in the court o f S.D.J.M Jamtara
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that has been falsely implicated in this case
Learned A.P.P. opposed the anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to
grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners ,above named.
Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender in the court below on or before 06.08.2018 and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the court below shall release them on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction S.D.J.M Jamtara in connection with Bindapathar P.S Case No. 109 of 2017 corresponding to G.R No. 1241 of 2017subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
