Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the order dated 06.04.2018, both the parties along with their learned counsels are physically present before this court to explore the possibility of reconciliation through process of mediation. It appears that O.P. No.2 has filed a maintenance case under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C in Original Maintenance Case No. 61 of 2018 before the Principal Judge, Family Court Dhanbad, in which parties have compromised the matter before the District Legal Services Authority with certain terms and condition.

O.P. No.2 has submitted that she is residing with the petitioner

peacefully.

Let the original agreement arrived between the parties before the District Legal Services Authority be part of the record.

In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Complaint Case No.1442 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Further, if the petitioner violates the terms of agreement arrived between the parties before the District Legal Services, Dhanbad, then O.P. No.2 is at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
