Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 1248 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 34 of the I.P.C.
In terms of the order dated 17.04.2018, opposite party no. 2 is physically present. However, petitioners are not present.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are in personal difficulty, so they could not appear before this Court today.
It appears that despite specific direction of this Court for appearance of the petitioners, they failed to appear. This shows that petitioners are not serious in pursuing the case.
Be that as it may, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
