The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 3398 of 2017 for the offence under sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the the petitioner has been falsely implicatd in this case. The petitioner is a woman. No case under the alleged sections is made out agaisnt the petitioner.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of her arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of Sri Kumar Vipul, learned J.M, Ist Class, Ranchi, in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 3398 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C
