Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is woman. It is also submitted that police after investigation submitted final form and cognizance has been taken on 18.08.2017 under Sections 341, 323, 452, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. Save and except Section 452 of the I.P.C other sections are bailable.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below on or before 12.03.2018 and in the event of her arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 1619 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
