Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that vide order dated 23.01.2017, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2581 of 2016 and they were directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from that order but as the petitioners were very old persons and were suffering from severe sickness they could not surrender before the court below within time, hence period for surrender of the petitioners before the court below may kindly be extended.
In view of above submission, the order dated 23.01.2017 passed in A.B.A. No. 2581 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the petitioners will surrender before the Court below latest by 26.02.2018 subject to condition that petitioners will deposit Rs. 2,500/- before the President/Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Advocates' Clerk Association latest by 19.02.2018 and file receipt of aforesaid deposition of amount before the court below on the date of his surrender.
Cr.M.P. No.2048 of 2017 stands allowed and disposed of.
