The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 arising out of Khunti P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 registered under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under section 17(ii) N.D.P.S Act.
In view of the provision of section 37 of the N.D.P.S Act, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable.
